Walk For Water is a fundraising walk in which participants carry a 5-gallon water bucket to experience the daily trek that women and children around the world make each day to collect water for their families.

 

The purpose of the Walk For Water is twofold:

 

• Raise awareness to the plight of the global poor who lack access to safe water

• Raise money to install a community safe water system in villages in western Kenya.

 

100% of monies raised from Walk For Water events will be used to bring safe water to villages in western Kenya.
